Burlington Bread Box is a home bakery in Burlington, North Carolina that delivers sourdough sandwich loaves to neighbourhood porches. By purchasing from us or opting into our text messaging program, you agree to these terms.
At checkout we ask for two separate text message consents, using two separate checkboxes. Neither is ticked in advance.
1. Order and delivery texts. Ticking this box means you consent to receive automated text messages from Burlington Bread Box about your order and delivery, at the mobile number you enter at checkout. These messages may include:
2. Marketing texts — optional. Ticking this second box means you also consent to receive marketing text messages from Burlington Bread Box, such as bake announcements, the weekly loaf offer and occasional neighbourhood news. Consent to marketing texts is not required to purchase any goods or services from us. You can leave this box unticked and still order, and still receive your order and delivery texts.
3. The weekly subscription requires a further, separate opt-in: we send one text setting out every term, and you reply YES to it. Nothing recurring is started unless you reply YES.
Message frequency varies (about one to four a week). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of all messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or text us at (336) 446-9578. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and that you consent to receive automated text messages at that number from Burlington Bread Box.
The weekly loaf subscription is $12 per loaf, billed to your card on file at the end of each 4-week cycle for loaves actually delivered. You may skip a week by texting SKIP before the cutoff. You may cancel at any time by texting STOP or CANCEL; loaves already delivered are billed to your card.
